(Note : This is a taken from a fancam. I will only translate what did Heechul do/say during that time. Other irrelevant parts are ommited)
-Heechul came out and did a bow to the audience.
-He gets ready for the recital, but before the music starts, the Mayor gets up from his seat and walks over to the stage, wanting to shake hands with Heechul.
-Heechul was shocked with an "Oh" and jump off the stage to shake hands with the Mayor.
-Host, "Seems like the Mayor is a fan of SuJu too"
-Heechul did a salution to the Mayor and went back to stage
- Host, "Let's invite Kim Heechul-sshi to start the poem".
Heechul, "The Mayor is here, everyone let us applause (to welcome) him. I wish that the Mayor who works so hard for Seoul to be healthy, and everyone in Seoul to be healthy.
- Hee, "I didn't prepared any talent show for everyone, is that okay?". Host, "Yes, today really a peom recital from the bottom of his heart. Alright, so please recite it with sincerity"
-Heechul started reciting the poem. (I did not translate the poem, as there may be inaccuracy from kor-> chi-> eng)
-After reciting the poem, Heechul went to the centre of the stage, did a bow, and moonwalk back.

Я писала, что когда мы были в Корее они мне понравились, т.к они попадались на предзаписях и я видела как они танцуют и поют ...но почему то у нас про них я ничего не слышала, а вот эта песня сейчас просто засела в мозгу))))
И да двое из них точно поют, в этом я опять же убедилась в Корее, вот эта девочка которая с хвостиком как я понимаю отвечает за вокал (зовут Мелани) ....это макнэ ей то ли 13 ли 14 лет, но именно она у них самая серьезная была на предзаписях ...и больше всех ошибалась ( где я видела))) и так по этому поводу она ужасно переживала ...тт мне её ужасно жалко было , тк. оператор её все высказывал и высказывал...то она в кадр не попала, то замялась, то да __слишком серьезная...но именно на предзаписях видно как все эти айдолы пашут...буду любить и следить за ними тоже
А вот они поют без музыкального фона...
В Корее они промоутили 1-й альбом пятером, куда дели 5-ю о__О ?

A Korean fanaccount after the New Year's Event where Heechul is the MC for it. (Only the main points)
1) Heechul, together with another female artist, is the MC of the event.
2) The event lasted around 1 hour
3) Because i'm uncertain whether Heechul is attending, so I didn't bring my camera along. Used my phone (to take the pictures).. T.T T.T
4) Heechul seem to be having a bad cold TT TT He keeps coughing, his voice is congested (note : the fan is saying that his voice changed because of blocked nose)
5) Maybe because of the long period of standing, (he) occasionally bent down and pat/massage his back.
6) Someone gave Heechul a hand warmer bag, Heechul continuously bowed for 2 times to say thanks.
7) The weather is very cold, the fan who is holding onto the camera almost dropped it because her hands went frozen.
maybe because of the weather, Heechul's lips is frozen too..
8) After that the event started (note : the event is something like watching sun rise together), but because it's very hazy, we can't witness (the) sun rise, so Heechul said "Although everyone didn't get to see the sun rise today because of the weather, but I hope the red sun has risen in everyone's heart?"
(I) think he said that... kekekeke.
Anyway, after saying, it caused a laughter among everyone, female MC said it's a cheesy and beautiful sentence.
Heechul probably felt awkward too, saying "Who could be the person who wrote this?"
Heechul feel awkward as he read the lines (from the MC card)..
